COVID 19 NOTICE – WE ARE OPEN!

Please note that the surgery is open, and we are here for you. It is important that you seek medical advice for any health related issues if you have worrying symptoms that may require treatment and we advise that you continue to contact the surgery to enable us to assess you. The practice has put measures into place to minimise risk from Coronavirus and these will be explained to you when you call the surgery, including what to do if you require a face to face appointment. Routine childhood immunisations are being done at the surgery and if your child is due for these, please make an appointment.  Further information about COVID can be found on our dedicated menu page "COVID 19"

COVID 19 Vaccine Info

Dear Patient

We are pleased to announce that, working in collaboration with practices in our PCN, https://wolverhamptonnorthnetwork.co.uk/Home (COVID immunisations page) we will soon be offering the upcoming COVID vaccine. Please check this page for further updates; please do not call the surgery as they will direct you back to this page.

The vaccine will be administered on-site at Keats Grove Surgery.

We will be working collaboratively with our Wolverhampton North Network (WNN) staff and clinicians to provide the COVID vaccine for eligible patients from all WNN Practices.

These are:

 ·         Ashfields Surgery

 ·         Cannock Road Surgery

 ·         Keats Grove Surgery

 ·         MGS Medical Practice

 ·         Prestbury Medical Practice

 ·         Showell Park Health Centre

 ·         Woden Road Surgery

The WNN page has been set up for patients from all WNN Practices as a single source of information regarding the COVID Vaccination Programme being delivered at Keats Grove Surgery by WNN.

Please check the network page for further information on the clinics and how to book. We are contacting patients according to cohort group by either text message, letter or calling those patients who do not have a mobile phone. Appointments are made through the call centre number, which is included on the text or letter that you will receive.

We will contact you for your 1st and 2nd doses.

In the meantime we request that you ensure your own practice has your up to date contact details especially mobile number / landline as we will be contacting patient groups to book via text messages / pre-recorded spoken messages.

Please keep checking the WNN page for further updates and information.

Thank you
on behalf of Prestbury Medical Practice
