Bank Holiday arrangements - please note that the surgery will be closed on Monday 25th May. It will reopen on Tuesday 26th May at 08.30 (telephones at 08.00). If you need an appointment please contact Showell Park Health Centre at Fifth Avenue, Low Hill, Wolverhampton, WV10 9ST.  Please call 01902 446711 between 08.00 - 12.00 to arrange an appointment. This is not a walk-in service, you must book an appointment.

Symptoms and what to do:

Self isolate if you have either:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  • notice a change to or have a loss of smell
  • notice a change to or have a loss of taste

If anyone in your household has these symptoms, you must self isolate for 14 days.

To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home, stay alert.

New Patient Registration

register_now_blue_sign If you are new to the area and are seeking to register with one of our GP’s please ask at our reception. If you have your medical card then please bring this along with you. If not, forms are available to download from the above "Registering Online" tab.

Following your registration you will be required to have a new patient check to enable your registration to be fully complete.

When submitting your registration form please ensure that your bring with you photograph identification (e.g. passport, driving licence card).
