Saturday extended hours are for pre-booked appointments only, no walk-ins.
For general queries and non-urgent advice, please contact us by completing an online form. If you prefer to telephone us, please do this after 10 am, where possible.
Accessibility
We provide disabled access at our sites including automatic opening of the entrance doors. We have a lift to the first floor.
We can also provide a loop system for patients who have a hearing impairment.
When we are Closed
If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed, please ring the usual surgery number (01902 721021) and your call will be answered by the out-of-hours service.

Calls to NHS 111 are free from both landlines and mobiles.
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours Service
On a Thursday afternoon, the surgery phone lines close at 1.00 pm however, the surgery doors remain open and patients can continue to come into the surgery until it closes at 6.30 pm.
To ensure continuity of essential services to patients at all times, the practice utilises the services of an out of hours provider. This out of hours service is available on a Thursday afternoon between 1.00 – 6.30pm, where patients can access telephone advice, appointments or a home visit.

Non-urgent advice: NHS Walk-In Centres
The nearest NHS Walk-In Centre is located at: Phoenix Centre, Parkfield Road, Parkfields, Wolverhampton WV4 6ED. Open between 10:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The centre offers on-the-spot treatment (without an appointment) and advice for minor health problems, illness, ailments and injuries. You are able to ‘walk in’ during opening hours.
Non-urgent advice: Emergencies
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
