Link your GP practice
There are three different ways you can link your Patient Access account to your GP practice. Please select the option below that meets your requirements:
- You would like to link your account using a registration letter
If you have recently received a registration letter from your GP practice, you can use it to link your Patient Access account to your GP practice.
- You would like to link your account but you have not received a registration letter.
You can continue to link your Patient Access account to your GP practice without a registration letter, however you will only have limited access to your GP practices’ online services until the GP practice can verify your identity. This will let you book a single appointment only. Full access will be granted once your GP practice has been able to confirm your identity.
